Minimum deposit is Rp 10,000. Withdrawals are processed within five minutes for verified accounts. Only payment methods registered in your own name are permitted — third-party transfers are strictly prohibited.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting, arbitrage, or system exploitation — will result in forfeiture of funds and account closure without notice.

Each player is permitted to hold only one Account on the koitot Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. koitot is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorized by you. You must notify koitot immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. koitot will never proactively request y our password through any channel.
koitot operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All players must complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal, and koitot reserves the right to request verification at any point during an Account's lifetime. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
To complete KYC verification, players must submit clear copies of the following:
KYC documents are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours of submission. During peak periods, processing may take up to 72 hours. Players will be notified by email of the outcome. The minimum deposit is Rp 10,000. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. koitot reserves the right to apply additional limits to individual accounts based on risk assessment.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members, friends, or business associates — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed, and the depositing Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a few minutes, depending on your chosen payment method. koitot is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within five minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times may extend during scheduled maintenance windows or in cases where additional security checks are required. koitot is not liable for delays caused by receiving banks or e-wallet providers once funds have been dispatched.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, although requests above a certain threshold may be subject to additional identity verification checks.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, unless a change has been approved by our compliance team following a fresh KYC review. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the koitot Platform are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer.
Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's terms. Until the Wagering Requirement is met, bonus-derived winnings remain as Bonus Funds and are not withdrawable as cash.
All bonus offers carry an expiry date. If the Wagering Requirement is not met within the validity period, any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
koitot actively monitors for bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure:
Warning: koitot reserves the sole right to determine what constitutes bonus abuse. Decisions in this regard are final and binding. Players suspected of abuse may have their accounts suspended without prior notice while an investigation is conducted.
All bets are subject to acceptance by koitot. The Platform reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Bets placed during a technical error or at clearly erroneous odds may be voided.
Sports betting markets — including football (bandar bola, Indonesian slang for the online football betting market), mix parlay (accumulator bets), and Asian handicap — are governed by the specific sport and market rules displayed on the Platform at the time of bet placement. koitot uses internationally recognized sports data providers to settle markets. In the event of a dispute over settlement, koitot's decision is final.
Lottery products including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets (Togel SGP, Togel HK, Togel SDY) are governed by the official draw results from the respective issuing bodies. koitot is not responsible for any discrepancies between results published by third-party sources and official draw outcomes.
Casino games — including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and video slots by Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Pocket Games Soft — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are audited by the respective game studios and are available upon request.
In the event of a disconnection during a game round, koitot's server records shall be the definitive authority on the state of the game at the time of disconnection. Completed rounds will be settled according to server-side records. Partially completed rounds will be resolved in accordance with the specific game rules.

All content on the koitot Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of koitot or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the express prior written consent of koitot.
koitot strives to provide uninterrupted access to the Platform but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, and Force Majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. koitot is not liable for any losses — including lost betting opportunities — arising from Platform downtime.
Gambling involves financial risk. koitot is not liable for any financial losses incurred by Players as a result of their betting or gaming activity on the Platform. Players accept full responsibility for their wagering decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, koitot's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
koitot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, even if koitot has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. koitot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding wagering obligations remain.
Upon termination — whether initiated by koitot or by the Player — all outstanding Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money Balances will be returned in accordance with Section 14.2, subject to any applicable holds described in Section 6.4.
koitot reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which koitot holds its operating license. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
